Some bookings, such as those made with third-party partners (hotels, airlines, or activity providers), may be non-refundable. Any such non-refundable fees will be deducted from your refund, even if your cancellation is within the eligible period.
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that any applicable transaction or processing fees may be deducted.
If we need to cancel your trip due to unexpected events (natural disasters, political issues, or operational problems):
If you wish to change your travel dates or itinerary, this will depend on availability and may incur extra charges. We will always try to accommodate your request without additional fees whenever possible.
